Within the Navi chat experience, users can quickly locate and take action on business transactions using natural language. By selecting Find a Transaction or entering a custom prompt, Navi identifies relevant transactions based on the user’s request.

Navi returns a set of matching results and surfaces them as preview cards, making it easy to scan key details at a glance. Each card includes core information such as transaction number, total amount, and status, along with contextual details depending on the transaction type, such as supplier, item, or report name.

From these results, users can drill into a specific transaction by selecting a preview card, which opens the full detail view. For transactions where the user is an active approver, Navi enables direct action within the interface. Users can approve or reject transactions in-line, providing a reason where required, and immediately submit their decision.

Navi confirms the outcome in real time, ensuring users have clear visibility into the status of their actions.
