Depending on the request, Navi either takes users directly to the relevant table and generates a temporary AI-powered view, or surfaces matching records that can be expanded into a full table for deeper analysis.

Once in a table view, users can easily tailor the data to their needs. Navi supports conversational commands to sort, filter, and modify columns, allowing users to shape the view without manual configuration. Each interaction updates the table dynamically, making it easy to iterate and refine results in real time.

When the view meets their needs, users can save it for future access or continue editing. Saved views are stored as reusable data table views, while unsaved changes remain temporary and can be adjusted or reset with new prompts.
